What will you be doing?

It will be your responsibility to passionately drive and maintain a positive, valued, high performing culture within the team and the Professional Services community at large.
- Key contributor and decision maker within the overall Professional Services and Solution Integration strategic debate regarding growth, competence, structure, and scale
- Responsibility for the leadership and effective management of a multi skilled team. This is within an environment of single customer accountability in a virtual team
- The technical bid design, development, post sales delivery and customer acceptance testing of multi-million-pound complex customer solutions
- Development of cross business operating models, to drive maximum organisational efficiencies across UK and Group
- The technical management interface between VBTS and UK Enterprise and VGE Business units to support and drive sales growth and commercial viability

Who are we looking for?
- Experience in co-developing strategic roadmaps and interfacing at their peer level in customers environment.
- People and performance management and managing highly skilled multi-disciplined technical teams, having full responsibility for the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Flexible with the ability to maintain effectiveness in a changing and sometimes challenging, high pressured environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Self-motivated, assertive, flexible, and innovative.
- Delivery experience with successful track record of delivering large customer facing deliveries
