Server and Storage Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer focused Server and Storage specialist to work within ELFT's Server team. Your responsibility will be to provide day-to-day server support for the operation, control and maintenance of all server infrastructures within the organisation. The post holder will be expected to have a flexible approach to working hours and to provide an excellent level of IT support and customer care. Minimum of 3 years relevant technical server support experience is essential.

**Essential Criteria**: Degree level education in computing or technical qualifications relating to server and storage.

A good, proficient understanding and demonstrable experience of most of the following:
Microsoft Windows Operating system and Active Directory Architecture

Server Security including Antivirus solution

Microsoft Networking infrastructure (DNS/WINS/AD)

Network LAN/WAN and Wireless Technologies

VMWare Technologies

Storage Attached Networks (SAN) Technologies

Enterprise Backup strategy
