Chc Learning Disabilities Clinical Lead

Under the guidance of the head of CHC, you will work within the team, delivering a professional and efficient service in line with the NHS Continuing Healthcare framework and standards but focusing on individuals with learning disabilities. The post holder will support the Head of Department and their team to ensure that their work stream of programmes is planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery. The post holder will support nurse assessors within the team in a line management capacity. The successful applicant will be required to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team and be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
