We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to support an existing team of 2 administrators. Based in Birmingham. The team provides support to 4 Financial Advisers that are specialists in dealing with NHS professionals and are currently working closeto full capacity, so are looking to hire someone to help with the workload so the team can continue to grow.

You will be dealing with everything from meeting to packs, to chasing providers, processing new business, and liaising with clients.

Salary Range: £27,000 - £33,000

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

3% employer contribution to a pension

4 x Death in Service

Part-Time hours will be considered for this opportunity

WFH - flexible working options are available

The team utilises Team and Intelligent Office (IO) and has created a goals-based environment where you are expected to use your own initiative with the support of line managers to deliver an outstanding service.

You should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting in compiling information for reports and client valuations

Conduct research surrounding pension and investment products to present to clients

Liaising with product providers to collate pension and investment information for review.

Maintaining internal database, ensuring all client files are fully compliant

Update clients using Intelligent Office (IO)

Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Experience as an Administrator for an IFA firm is essential

Experience using Intelligent office (IO) is essential

Experienced managing a varied workload

Experienced speaking with clients and providers
