**The Role - Office Cleaner**

AM Services Group is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a telecommunications and technology service provider offices based at Sandbrook Park - Rochdale

This is role is offering various shift patterns between 6AM and 8PM

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**

To handle the overall day to day management of the cleaning operation on site in an safe, efficient and professional manner coving all aspects. Providing professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site.
- Cleaning tasks including damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming
- Cleaning toilets facilities, washrooms
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and production areas
- Cleaning of the staff kitchens and dining areas
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors
- Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

**Skills Required**:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Experience with work to tight schedules.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
