**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our brand and effectively represent it through captivating video and photo content.
- Visual Style: Maintain a consistent brand style and attention to detail in all video and photo shoots.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends on TikTok and Instagram, incorporating them creatively into our content strategy while still being relevant to what we do and what we stand for.
- Project Execution: Plan, film, and edit videos, as well as capture and edit any creative photos for our social media platforms.
- Engaging Content: Create fun and captivating videos and photos that resonate with our target audience, driving user engagement.
- Seasonal Event Coverage: Ensure all seasonal events are covered and put into our content calendar.
- Work closely with different departments to gather necessary resources and ensure everyone is prepared for ongoing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop engaging video and photo content that aligns with our brand.
- Video and Photo Production: Proficiency in planning, filming, and editing videos, as well as capturing and editing creative photo shots.
- Social Media Knowledge: Know your way around and how to operate each platform, particularly Tik Tok and Instagram. A good understanding of what keeps videos and photos engaging.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain consistency and deliver high-quality content with great attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with different departments.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility: Adapt to evolving social media trends and platform updates.
