This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated change and improvement function at the University, making a real difference to the teams and individuals who you will be working with.

**What will you be doing?**:
As a Continuous Improvement Officer, you will plan and manage a range of engagements which seek to tackle issues or make improvements within teams or across processes. You will also be involved in deploying a range of technological solutions using a wide range of Microsoft 365 software, such as SharePoint and Power Automate.

You will also be a key part of the wider rollout of the Change and Improvement Strategy in the division, supporting training, building relationships with teams across the division, and being involved in the wider network of change and improvement professionals across the University.
- You love the challenge of making things better.
- You have some experience of analysing complex situations, processes, or datasets to identify why issues are happening and how they might be resolved.
- You have strong IT skills and like finding new ways to use them.
- You can make complex concepts accessible to a diverse range of other people and are able to motivate and influence them to engage with these ideas.
- You are self-motivated, flexible, resilient, and organised, and have experience balancing competing projects and demands on your time.
- You enjoy challenging the status quo and want a role that enables you to regularly drive through positive change.
- You are keen to be a part of a small team within the rapidly growing change and improvement function at the University.
