Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Administation support with excellent Microsoft Office skills to work within a team to organise the operations and personnel procedures within our regional office based in Coleshill, Birmingham (B46 3BP)
The ability to work in a busy environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
Key points to the job description are:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to assist in the day to day running of the office and branches
- Ensure the RO Systems are followed correctly & efficiently
- Open, sort and act upon incoming correspondence
- Running daily reports
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- HR Admin Support
- Branch Performance Support
