**Attendance Officer**

**Haringey, North London**

**Salary: £16+ per hour (based on experience)**

**Full-time, term-time only**

**Start Date: September**

**Hours: 8.15am - 4.00pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage student attendance and punctuality records
- Identify and address attendance and punctuality issues with students and parents
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and senior leadership team regarding attendance and punctuality concerns
- Work collaboratively with the school pastoral team and external agencies to support students with attendance and punctuality issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance and punctuality records
- Assist with the preparation of attendance reports and statistics for senior leadership team and external agencies

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Attendance Officer in school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of BROMCOM school management systems is essential
