**Role Overview**:
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you'll be at the forefront of creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for the children in our care. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create a Positive Environment**: Foster a caring and safe atmosphere for children and young people, promoting their well-being and development.
- **Support and Mentor**: Build meaningful relationships with the children, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear.
- **Be Dynamic**: No two days are the same Embrace the variety of challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic residential children's home.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with colleagues, external agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

**Experience**:

- working with children and young people: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
