**Starting Salary**:£38,501 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £40,161 pa (pro rata for part-time)

**Crew Commander Promotion Assessment Centre - Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service**

We are looking for individuals who have excellent managerial and communication skills, the ability to motivate staff whilst maintaining the highest levels of service delivery for the communities we serve.

**Eligibility**

The selection process will include of four elements each representing a gateway so only those successful at each stage will progress throughout the process.
- Command assessment (showing potential at Initial Incident Command)
- A managerial role-play
- A presentation and interview
