Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant

Location: Oxfordshire

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational activities.
- Supervise students during class, breaks, and other school activities.
- Support the overall well-being and development of students.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant certifications or coursework in education is a plus.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.

**Salary**: £80.00-£90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
