Construction Worker

Responsibilities:
- Assist construction team with various tasks on the job site
- Load and unload construction materials
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Assist with the installation of construction components such as pipes, beams, and rebar
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labour for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
