Construction Foreman

Byoot a residential building and refurbishment contractor specialising in high end residential new built projects. We are a growing construction company looking to build a new team for the future. Currently seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Foreman to join the team, various sites across London. The duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Have a good level of understanding in general construction, ideally trade qualified (carpentry preferred), and SMSTS preferablyResponsible for being the point of contact between workers and Project ManagerCoordinating tasks for the day including but not limited to creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and daily inspections of site in accordance to drawingsManaging specialist sub-contractors and signing off their worksProcurement of standard materials from approved suppliers in advanceActivities on site are in line with health and safety procedures including conducting Toolbox talkshire and manage staff for the projectensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress

Key Skills Required
- Have exceptional written and spoken EnglishIT literate and can learn to use the latest cloud software products for health safety and construction managementBe highly self-motivated and have experience of delivering high quality projects in a pressurised environmentHave management experience of running residential projects.Have exceptional attention to detail and a right first-time attitude

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
