**Aspects of the role include**
- Monitoring stock levels to identify purchasing needs for a wide of goods including products for operational use along with office and facilities suppliers
- Timesheet management for facilities staff -i.e cleaners
- Day to day administration for facilities working closely with staff at head office and on sites
- Dealing with vendors which includes evaluating offers, negotiating prices
- Research of suppliers
- Proactive ordering/chasing
- Auditing
- Data Inputting/updating records
- Internal and external liaison with professional bodies, suppliers, clients, operational and commercial employees
- You must have Microsoft Office experience and be competent in the use of IT systems

**Experience and qualifications required for the role**:

- Previous office experience essential
- Excellent IT skills
