**About the role**:
To fulfil all required roles within the warehouse including picking, checking, and packing of orders. Drop shipment orders and the use of DHL SHIP with deadlines to be met whilst ensuring all processes are completed in line with standards of performance within normal working hours.
You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
- Maintain agreed KPI’s and performance in all roles within the Branch.
- When packing, ensure goods are packed suitably to avoid damage and SO16 is used for all despatch orders.
- Assist in the rotation of roles between departments.
- Ensure that all errors are kept to a minimum.
- To acknowledge and follow the guidelines for warehouse operations as highlighted in the company’s processes.
- Undertake any tasks in support of Toolbank and other duties/responsibilities as reasonably required from time to time.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene standards are maintained.
- Support the management team when improvements are being implemented.
- Highlight improvements in warehouse operations and forward on suggestions to your line Manager.
Ensure you wear the correct and required PPE whilst at work and ensure you work in a safe manner in compliance with company policy/processes.

- Use of carrier interfaces
- SO16 and SO04 knowledge
- DHL Ship use
- Preferred counterbalance or reach truck licenses.
- Preferred driving license.
