**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Persona: Agile - 20%-40% office based***

**Location**:_ _**Stratford, London or Sale Point, Manchester, with travel to our other offices** including Sidcup, Kent***

**Salary: £44,000-£52,000 (London based) and 338,000-£46,000 (Manchester based) depending on experience**

**Role Profile**

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor who has a proven track record of leading on the development of HR policies and processes with the latest legislative requirements and best practice thinking.

Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and working closely with the Head of HR Operations, you will lead a programme of review of our current HR policy suite alongside identifying any new policies required. This will involve working with the wider HR team and the wider business to ensure they are implemented successfully and meet the needs of the L&Q operating environment. As part of this work, you will also have the opportunity to provide insight and recommendations on the direction of policy to the HR Senior Leadership team in line with current industry trends. You will also maintain an overview of the Subject Access Request (SAR) process to ensure consistency of approach.

The role requires a highly experienced HR professional with skills ideally gained at HR Business Partner level or equivalent. You’ll need to be able to work with mínimal supervision, delivering high quality written output that is clear for users to understand. Ideally you will be CIPD-qualified or have relevant demonstrable experience of employment legislation. You will have demonstrable experience of identifying risks in relation to HR policy and able to offer a range of mitigations. You should be highly organised and able to deliver projects within a deadline. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced working environment where priorities can change quickly. You will be comfortable in building robust and productive relationships with stakeholders and be able to present arguments in a clear and concise manner.
