Our Brokerage service is responsible for the sourcing of packages of care and placements for vulnerable adults and children across the county.

Due to the expansion of the service, we are now in a position to recruit an Apprentice Brokerage officer. We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our brokerage service, to enable us to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers and that they are getting the care and support they need in a timely matter.

**About the role**

You will work closely with key stakeholders including; strategic commissioning, social care operations teams, health partners, and providers to understand the needs of the vulnerable adults and children who are in need of brokerage support and be able to identify and provide relevant and specific care for them.

**About you**

As a Brokerage Apprentice you will report to the Brokerage Team Leader and Senior Brokerage Officers to provide administrative support to our Brokerage Service. The Team are responsible for the negotiation and procurement of individual care packages and placements for adults, to best meet needs and improve outcomes in the most cost-effective way.
