We’re looking for a Pre-Works Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Birmingham. **Contract**: Full time, part time and flexible***

**Responsibilities**

As Pre-Works Coordinator you’ll be working within the planning team, supporting them in, scheduling maintenance repairs on the network are completed within the target time to ensure we meet all KPIs.

Your day to day will include:

- Planning and scheduling work for internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout
- Adhering to corporate procedures, confirming job packs are relevant and properly prepared, programmes of work are clear and adequate
- Arranging repairs on carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture and drainage

**Who are we looking for?**

This role of Pre-Works Coordinator is great for you if you can:

- Liaise with different stakeholders effectively
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results
- Use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Confirm, in particular Excel for producing reports as well as entering data onto databases and spreadsheets
