Service Express

We are currently recruiting for a Telephone Operator at Trump Turnberry.

**Position Scope**
Ensures an exceptional, indigenous experience for all guests.
Answers all calls promptly (internal and external), using the guest's name and following an established script, in line with Luxury Collection brand standards.
Supports guests with retrieving voice mail and messages, as well as follow wake-up call procedures to make sure every request is completed on time.
Records all guest requests with 100% accuracy and convey to other departments as required.

**Position Requirements**
Must be eligible to work within the UK.
Must be able to communicate comfortably in both, written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Opera is an asset along with previous experience in a similar role and environment.
This position is great for someone that enjoys multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
