Financial Services Administrator

Our fantastic client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation who take pride in their business and provide excellent progression opportunities for their staff
**Responsibilities/Duties;**
- Answering incoming calls and directing calls appropriately
- Ensuring that the post is received, scanned and allocated
- Managing the processing of all new business allocated to you, and assisting others as necessary.
- Database completion of all new business and maintenance for the accuracy of the information on the system.
- Processing client withdrawals
- Production of portfolio reports and other client information as requested
- Building and maintaining relationships with our clients
- Managing our mailbox on a rata basis
- Dealing with client queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Previous experience within pensions is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong Maths and English Skills
**Hours-** Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
**Salary-** Up to £25,000 + 25 days holidays, Private medical insurance, 5% matched pension and company bonus. Plus the opportunity for study support to complete IFA qualifications
