Office Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator for a fantastic company in North Cambridge. They’re looking for someone who can come in to hit the ground running in a really varied position.
The role is based on site and the company can be quite flexible with regards to hours.
Typical duties would include but are not limited to:
- Organising the day-to-day operations to facilitate the smooth running of the office
- Administration support for the board of directors
- Maintaining company records
- Assisting with HR and Recruitment
- Coordinating meeting room usage and booking spaces when required.
- Assisting with Health and Safety policies and procedures
**You**:
- Will have previous experience working within a similar administration role
- Be able to prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload
- Have high level of IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Will be proactive and seek work to help the wider team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
