**Primary Purpose**

To allow the sales and opportunity teams to focus on their activities to hit key numbers by taking on all quotation and admin-related tasks.

**Outline of Responsibilities**
- Take on all quotation compilation and bespoke proposals
- Custodian of data managment for the team
- Ensure all face to face appointments have the required information collecting sheets
- Analyses all the Top20 customers, provides information ahead of visit, arranges visit
- Report champion
- All entering up of notes, follow up of actions, lodging of opportunities
- Soaking up general incoming calls to allow the main sales reps to focus on sales.
