Office administrator required for rapidly growing company. Flexible days and hours including every 3rd Saturday.

**Requirements**:

- Experience within a service industry.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic.
- Able to use initiative.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to communicate both in written and verbal formats
- Computer literate with experience of Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office.

**Daily Duties include -**
- Process works reports, diagrams, quotes etc.
- Take phone calls and book customer appointments.
- Produce quotes as required.
- Maintain the customer database
