**Parkfield School, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking** **to appoint an Administrator to join the School as soon as possible.**

**Actual Annual Salary Range**:£13,152.24 - £13,886.24

**Contract Type**: Permanent, part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year)

**Contract Hours**:25 hours per week; Monday to Friday

**About the role**

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional administrator to support the Operations Manager in the management and delivery of all office and administrative services for Parkfield Academy.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, self-sufficient, dynamic and very well organised individual with a can-do attitude to be part of a fast-growing team. We are looking for people who have the following experience and qualities:

- NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience
- Good knowledge of general computer packages and office equipment e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, photocopier, telephones etc.
- GCSE Mathematics and English - Grade C and above
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Using judgement when interpreting and resolving problems.
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of using Arbor and WisePay would be advantageous, although training will be provided
- Use manual and computerised record/information systems such as HR systems
- Have good verbal and written communication skills to exchange information with a range of audiences (e.g. staff, pupils and others).
