An excellent opportunity for a Telesales Agent has arisen at our established and successful organisation.

Autoserve Ltd provides Guaranteed Maintenance contracts and a Fleet Management service to consumers and businesses across the UK. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and our professional knowledge within both the automotive and fleet industries. This role will suit an outgoing confident professional with a strong interest in vehicles and all things automotive.

**Duties**:
The role will focus on appointment booking for our Field Sales Team to attend.

You will be required to demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide proactive and adequate information to customers, as well as updating CRM regularly with sales activity and customer information.
- To arrange appointments for the Field Sales team by calling prospect customers.
- Achieve personal daily, weekly and monthly targets through outbound sales calls.
- To proactively manage all your leads portfolio and pipeline whilst also monitoring and reporting on progress.
- Effectively prospect leads and prioritise your workloads.
- Liaise in a professional manner with other internal departments.
- Any other duties as required.

**Required Experience**:

- Making outbound telephone calls to potential customers and generating appointments.
- Describing the product benefits and identifying the customer's needs to maximise on potential.
- Meeting team and individual targets.
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience of working in a results orientated and pressurised environment.
- Possess good organisational and administrative skills - Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- An automotive knowledge (desirable).
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Being positive, flexible and adaptable.
- Assertive and persistent in approach.
- Adaptable and personable.
- Self-starter and personally driven.
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment.
- Constantly demonstrate efficiency in all situations.
- Excellent team player but ability to work independently when required.
