The Taylex group is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the exhibition industry. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing efforts.
This is a part time position (15 hours per week) for a period of 3 months.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand the needs and requirements of potential clients, and present our services in a compelling manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update our CRM system.
- Proactively chase briefs and requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with potential clients and build rapport.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
