**The role**:
**Opportunity for a Real Estate Development Associate 3-6 years PQE to join a high-quality practice in Bristol.**

This hire will focus on residential development work for a varied mix of clients including large, medium and small housebuilders, land promoters and landowners.

Therefore, they are looking to welcome someone with a strong record in development work and a strong grasp of site assembly, site acquisition, planning, funding and site setup.

However, the firm is open to hearing from those with general real estate experience and wants to transition into a more specialised role in development.
