**As our Wedding and Events Coordinator - Maternity Cover Temporary Contract you will**

Meet guests to discuss their requirements, and show them around the venue. You will oversee the bookings of weddings and events.

Ensure all administration is up to date and correct regarding all weddings and events, and is efficiently handed over to the Event Operations Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team to cover Maternity Leave for a 12 month temporary contract. This role would be ideally suited to you if you have some event experience, or have recently studied in this field, and are looking to build on this.

**This role is for 24 hours per week, and will involve occasional weekends and some evenings as the guests require.**

By joining us as a Wedding and Events Coordinator (Maternity Cover Temporary Contract), you will become part of our friendly team.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player with the ability to create strong first impressions, and build rapport with guests.
- Self-motivated and good organisational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £15,300.00 per year
