Our client are looking for a Senior Colleague Communications Manager (Channels and Content) to join the Colleague Comms and Engagement Team. You'll be responsible for leading and developing the channel strategy to bring messages and stories to life in interestingand meaningful ways.
You'll be managing the design and implementation of new channels, such as a new 'news and views' two-way engagement platform and app, as well as leading a small team of awesome creatives to deliver on existing channels, including our client's very own TV show,and Checkout, their colleague newsletter. You'll also lead on the design and production of colleague engagement events.
You'll also manage colleague engagement events such as virtual town halls, senior leadership events and ad-hoc engagement opportunities, such as drop ins and fireside chats.
In addition, you'll help to design an effective measurement framework to monitor and measure all communications activities and demonstrate success in engaging colleagues around the strategy and purpose.
**You will be able to**:

- Show considerable experience in internal communications and delivering engaging and targeted communications for different audiences
- Manage internal communication channels and platforms and have previously been responsible for channel and campaign traffic management
- Work well with senior stakeholders and have experience in delivering leadership engagement events
- Understand the importance of audience personas; to develop communications aligned to preferences and needs
- Demonstrate a creative mindset and find different ways to connect colleagues with the Bank's story
- Implement communications scorecards and measurement strategies to demonstrate engagement and value
- Work at pace and manage many different priorities at the same time, as well as having an exceptional eye for detail
- Be in touch with the latest communication developments, constantly seeking new ideas to improve the communications experience for Bank colleagues
- Design and deliver creative colleague events

**The Role**
In this exciting role we'll be looking for you to:

- Lead and manage the internal communications channel strategy, implementing best practice standards and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve existing channels and make recommendations to help simplify and streamline, where appropriate
- Be the 'air-traffic-control' lead for channel and campaign delivery, working with the wider CC&E team to plan and prioritise content, deliverables and design
- Manage a team of 3 design and digital creatives plus an engagement analyst to deliver planned content within SLAs
- Manage colleague engagement events including town halls, colleague conferences and regular leadership sessions
- Project manage the onboarding of new channels, including a new Group-wide news and views platform and app
- Develop opportunities for the business to self-serve their own communications
- Manage external suppliers to make sure you get the best service and value for money
- Run measurement and reporting procedures to help drive improvements across all channels
- Explore new communications channels to help the wider CC&E team make informed decisions on how to best land their campaigns and messages
- Make sure all communications and their execution are aligned with Tesco branding and TOV guidelines.
