**Senior Ecologist**

We are currently looking for a Senior Ecologist to join a multi-disciplinary company based in Newcastle. This is an exciting role where you will be working a mix from home, on site and in the office. There will also be lots of support to progress withinthe company and salary is dependent on experience.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- A degree in Ecology or a relevant discipline,
- Demonstrable consultancy experience,
- Associate or above CIEEM membership is advantageous,
- Excellent writing capabilities,
- Protected Species Licence(s) are advantageous,
- Full, UK driving licence.

**Whilst working as a Senior Ecologist, you will be involved in;**:

- A variety of protected species surveys,
- Ecological Impact Assessments (EIA),
- Writing a range of Ecological reports,
- Liaising with clients, project managers and stakeholders,
- Preparing fee proposals,
- Supporting junior members of the team when needed.
