We are looking for an Operations Planner Full-Time Position.

Competitive pay depending on experience and performance.

Your shifts will be 12 hour long. 4 days on, and 4 days off.

Main duties:

- Overlooking the automated dispatch system’s algorithmic behaviors' and overwriting the computer’s decisions when needed.
- Planning ahead of the next day’s bookings.
- Double-checking customer’s app bookings.
- Answering calls from our customers and drivers.
- Registering CRM entries about customer feedback.

You must have previous (reasonable) experience as a controller or have worked before as a Private Hire Driver, with exceptionally good geographical knowledge of the UK

Full training and support will be provided.

Reference checks will be carried out.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
