We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic and growing business.

You will work within one of the company’s divisions, where you will be an integral part of the team, with your main focus being to support key customers, with both enquiries and administration duties.

**Duties**:

- Build and strengthen relationships by providing a first-class customer service.
- Understand stakeholder's needs and provide the support that results in their success.
- Act as first point of contact for any queries
- Maintenance and management of ticketing system (Zendesk)
- Support stakeholders and colleagues in a range of administrative duties
- Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues to support wider business objectives in areas of expertise.
- Collaborate with wider teams to support the success of customer experience and delivery.
