Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a **Customer Service Representative** at our Wimborne facility. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling pricing and requests for quotes from our customers; following up on pending or issued quotations, targeting new prospects, and expanding business with dormant and existing accounts. **Responsibilities**:

- Qualify opportunities from the inbound team / specialists
- Develop and target new business prospects
- Expand business with dormant and existing accounts
- Follow up in a timely manner on quotations
- Identify current and future customer service requirements
- Manage relationships and utilise technical support
- Actively utilize CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed, new information is added and accurate call / visit logs are entered
- Achieve activity goals by converting and penetrating accounts
- Build and maintain a working knowledge of Element’s service offerings
- Ensure compliance with all Element policies

Skills / Qualifications:
- 3 years of customer service experience ideally with quoting experience
- Experience of using MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, TEAMS)- Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes / contracts, marketing materials- Confident to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of clients
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills- Good basic maths skills, you will be required to calculate figures including discounts, interest etc- Solve practical customer problems
- Can remain calm when faced with pressure- Ability to interface with clients, win new work and determine their requirements
- A valid driving license
- This role is commutable from Wimborne, Bournemouth, Poole, Weymouth, Dorchester, Ferndown, Ringwood, Christchurch, Wareham and Blandford Forum
