**What you’ll be responsible for in your role**:

- You’ll identify new opportunities for customer relevant automated communication programmes and triggered communications, ensuring that all programmes are optimised for performance using a robust test and learn approach
- You’ll ensure the customer database is appropriately maintained and cleansed, automating processes where possible and tracking the health of database over time making practical recommendations to increase the number of customers we can contact directly
- You’ll play a critical role in supporting the development of a first party data strategy and customer data models/augmentations to enable more relevant and personal communications, for example, customer segmentation and digital behaviour/intent models
- You will manage and coach a high performing team: developing their skills, capabilities and experiences and ensuring effective delivery of agreed objectives

- You’ll understand the opportunities presented by segmentation and personalisation, and a solid grasp of the key metrics for monitoring database health, retention and campaign/programme performance
- You will have proven working knowledge of GDPR, including marketing consent and legitimate interest
- You’ll have a positive attitude and enjoy problem solving, thriving in a fast paced environment
