**Executive Assistant**

**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + fantastic benefits

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will provide full day-to-day administration duties and play an integral role within the company by providing exceptional support. You will be able to make a positive impact within the business, bringing new ideas, and energy to the table and becoming a valued member of the team. As you are the only support staff there are also some office management duties. This is more to keep things ticking over, such as ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is running smoothly, rather than a full-on office management role. The company currently works Mondays and Fridays remotely, and Tuesdays through Thursdays at their Vauxhall, London office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar and set up meetings.
- Ensuring rooms are booked, calls are set up correctly, and the diary meets the expectations of the Directors.
- Managing a very busy inbox - overseeing and dealing with incoming correspondence from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritise and filter internal Slack messages, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners.
- Anticipating the CEO's needs and relieving them of administration/coordination duties.
- Management of expenses for the CEO.
- Act as an office manager for the office - ordering supplies and general upkeep of the office.
- Point of contact for property management including leasing, utilities, fire, and intruder alarms.
- Plan and project manage social events for the office/team.
- Ad hoc projects when requested.

**You should have/be**:
**Strong previous experience in an EA/PA 1:1 role.**
- At least 3 years of EA/PA experience
- Key attributes: hard-working, discrete, organised and trustworthy
- A proactive approach and ability to work on your initiative
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- No task is too small, and attention to detail is a must
- Strong work ethic but also a willingness to learn
- Ability to anticipate requirements and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and judgement in handling confidential and private information.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and available (occasionally after hours)
- Software/hardware experience: MS Office, Google Drive, video conferencing, audio / visual equipment
- Office management and event planning experience a plus
