**Job Description**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as 2nd Line support for all technical incidents through to resolution at deskside.
- Liaise with remote teams to drive incidents to resolution, including liaising with 3rd party providers to support hardware issues where appropriate.
- Create knowledgebase articles where repeated incidents are logged to assist Service Desk Analysts (MSP) to increase 1st time Fix.
- Support, manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of desktops, laptops and hardware replacements.
- Install, upgrade and support printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Supports a Microsoft Windows 10+ environment with up to 10,000 end users both locally and remotely.
- Work with Service Delivery Manager to create standard monthly systems and security posture health reports.
- Administer and maintain identity and access management (IAM) and identity provider (IDP) solutions.
- Diagnose and communicate complex technical issues escalating to third line support where necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Creative approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Windows Server, including Active Directory Users & Computers, Exchange, DNS, Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Modern Desktop
- Working knowledge of IP Telephony management. (VOIP)
- Deploying, configuring, and supporting OSX, experience with Jamf an advantage
- Knowledge of Virtual machine configuration and management, VMWare preferred.
- A working knowledge of a scripting language, PowerShell is preferred.
- TCP/IP networking and related services such as DNS and DHCP
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT specialists and cross-functionally with other technical team members.
- Ability to create admin & user-level documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members.
- MCSA (or other Microsoft certifications), Computer Maintenance A+, ITIL Certification and ITIL.
