We have a very small team of five in our contact centre, so it is important that we get the right person to fit in with the team, could that be you?

This position is part - time, based on 20/30 hours per week, plus overtime and alternate Saturday mornings.

We offer a competitive salary for right individual.

**Who we are looking for**

You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound calls from and to our customers.

**The main duties of the role**
- Handling inbound telephone calls
- Contacting our customers to confirm appointments

**Requirements**:

- Experience in making/handling high call volumes
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and also part of a team
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Ability to use multiple systems at once

Previous experience working within a telephone reception environment, main dealer or motor trade is preferred but not essential.
