**Assistant Planner**

**Central Belt**

**About You**:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant or Trainee Planner to join the Pre-Construction Team within Morrison Construction’s Glasgow offices.

As Assistant Planner you will work with our planning team to provide planning support to the business and project management teams across the Central Belt of Scotland

Ideally, you will have already gained some practical experience in a construction management or trades related discipline and have a real interest in now specialising a construction planning role.

**You Will**:

- Assist/support Planner(s) in the analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes
- Assist/support Planner(s) in the preparation of master programmes
- Analyse/assist / support Planner(s) in labour resource and plant
- Assist/support Planner(s) in assessing / evaluate construction methods and techniques
- Assist/support Planner(s) in the preparation of prelims
- Assist/support Planner(s) in preparation procurement and information schedules
- Assist/support Planner(s) in assessing project progress positions
- Assist/support Planner(s) in production of graphical presentations using CAD etc.
- Assist/support / co-ordinate the distribution of programmes
