If so, we are looking for someone to join our **Glasgow** depot as a Dispatch Planner.

You will help us serve the needs of our customers, you will be tasked with the daily management of deliveries, paperwork, routing and collections. You will be checking for discrepancies, legal compliance for vehicles and servicing. The role is best suited to a self-motivated person who can work to deadlines, streamline processes, and manage performance. You will be promoting our core values with great customer care and showcasing your skills and professionalism.

What can you expect as a Dispatch Planner at phs Direct?
- You will be communicating directly with our drivers to ensure high levels of service and compliance.
- Planning collections, deliveries and returns.
- You will be checking that drivers paperwork is correct and complete for each route.
- Working with our stock controllers to track goods in and out of the warehouse.
- You will be tracking the progress from order to delivery and ensuring routes are followed in the most cost effective and environmentally conscious way.
- Your organisational skills will be put to use when allocating collections, returns and deliveries.

What will you need to be a Dispatch Planner at phs Direct?
- A sound geographical knowledge of Scotland, to assist with route planning
- Experience in administrative roles, fast paced distribution and/or planning will be a benefit.
- High computer literacy will help you as you progress through your career with phs Direct.
