We are excited to be recruiting for a Supervisor based at Royal Opera House Hospitality.

**Key responsibilities**
- A great personality and can-do attitude.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Overseeing a team of waiters, ensuring that our standards are adhered to.
- Overseeing and assisting in the set up of the restaurant including table settings, waiter stations and stock.
- Handling guest feedback in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reporting all incidents to senior management.
- Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
- Supervising the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food and drinks.
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
- Communicating table orders effectively to the kitchen.
- Memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell starters, desserts, or drinks.
