A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team as a **Trainee Estimator**

**The Role**
- Would suit post graduate or searching for a new career direction. Full on the job training to provided.
- To act as the first point of contact for clients
- Responsible for estimating work, completing quotations and tenders. Including calculating cost of resources, materials and labour.
- Produce tender and quote documentation and review client documentation.
- Liaise with clients and participate in project clarification meetings.
- Work closely with the Site and Works Managers providing project and cost updates to clients.
- Review clients drawings and information and to be able to supply quote accordingly.
- Excellent skills in communication (at all levels), teamwork and decision making.
- You should be hard working, self motivated and have ability to work on your own initiative.
- Good IT skills are essential. Excel and Word.
- You will have the ability to prioritise work load.
- Experience in Terms of Conditions and Contracts would be an advantage.

**The Package**
- The basic hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 5.00, and Friday 8.00 - 4.00
- You will be invited to join the company pension scheme after 3 months service**b Description**:
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
