**Associate Design Director - Events & Experiential - 60k - London**

We are working with a top events and experiential marketing agency based in the heart of London who are looking to bring an Associate Design Director to the creative team. The role will encounter a host of exciting responsibilities, combining a strong design knowledge with a technical proficiency - enabling the design director to drive high-profile projects through to execution whilst mentoring junior designers and creating innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and directing immersive experiences to the core - driving concepts and collaborating with the talented team to see these through to completion
- Using Rhino, alongside a range of other design tools to establish outstanding work
- Using your technical knowledge to instantly grasp tricky client briefs, delivering them to a high standard
- Developing thoughtfully detailed 3D environments that create a memorable experience to customers
- Be confident in driving spatial solutions on an accurate scale
- Exhibiting passion for the consumer journey, having their emotional experience at the forefront of your mind when designing projects
- Taking responsibility for the role, which is centre to the creative development of the studio
- Communicating your design to the team, as well as clients - fulfilling expectations and ensuring your ideas are understood clearly
- Maintaining standards regarding construction, enabling the experiences to be executed to the focus of the client brief

Key Experience:

- You’ll have a demonstrated background working in interiors, retail, experiential marketing, events or associated environmental sectors
- Experience delivering immersive experiences that leave a mark
- 5+ years experience in a similar agency environment
- Boast a portfolio of projects that demonstrates your initiative, flexibility and conceptual thinking
- Proficient in Rhino and a rendering software such as VRay, Enscape or Cinema4D.
- (Although we will consider other software)
- Have strong visual presentation skills through drawings and rendering
- Having a real interest in the best materials, innovative new products and processes - combined with an understanding of modular approaches to design.
- Have outstanding attention to detail on immersive experiences
- Experience working in the Automotive sector is a bonus
- An understanding of how light is essential to complete spatial experience.
- Experience presenting ideas to a diverse portfolio of clients and team members
