**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
- Supervise students during class and break times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet the individual needs of students.
- Participate in training and development opportunities as required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning journeys.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment.
**Working with Tradewind Requires**:
- A valid DBS certificate registered on the update service, or a willingness to obtain one.
- A comprehensive CV detailing your full career history.
- At least two satisfactory references from previous employers or placements.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
