Our clients, a well-respected independent residential lettings and estate agency, are seeking a Viewing Representative for their busy Lettings department on a part-time basis. Our client can offer full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit lettings team based in Norwich.

They are a prestigious and highly respected Agency providing only the very best reliable and friendly customer service. Solely recognising that lettings and estate agency is primarily about people.

**Working Days**:
As a Lettings Viewing Representative, you will be required to work 3 days per week including a Saturday (hours to be agreed)

**The successful Viewing Representative will be offered**:

- A competitive hourly rate will be DOE
- Ongoing training & support
- Use of pool car
- Business mileage when using own vehicle
- Opportunity to work for a fantastic agency

**To be considered for the Viewing Representative position ideally, you should have**:

- A Lettings, Sales or Retail Background and be a Team Player
- An interest in property and the Property Industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- An outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels
- A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

**As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve**:

- Attending viewings throughout Norfolk
- Preparing properties for marketing, including photography
- Matching applicants requirements & arranging viewings
- General office based administrative duties at any of our office locations.
