Following the success of our Mental Fitness Membership we're undertaking youth coaching in various settings and supporting the wider community to create significant change for our young people. Our progressive company has a clear passion and purpose, driven to turn awareness of mental health to a useful, empowering level.

You'll be able to inspire, educate & coach using Bright Futures bespoke, Mental Fitness program to support young people in creating positive change through gentle linguistic coaching.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 support for young people in various settings in order to create a productive path for them to follow.
- Manage your own diary to provide contractual sessions, in which you'll create momentum for the young person to achieve their milestones.
- Connect and communicate with teachers/ parents / carers to promote positivity for the young person Ensuring vigilance whilst maintaining Bright Futures safeguarding policies.

**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving License

**Salary Package**:

- FTE £31,000 - £36,000 Pro rata term time coach will receive from £23846 plus paid holiday entitlement. Salary will be agreed dependent on coaching hours experience and certifications held.
- Full resources and training provided, including phone & laptop

**Contract & Hours**:40 week Term Time contract, part time options

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Neuro Linguistic Practitioner Certification (required)
