**Responsibilities**:
**1. **To support a team of Support Workers to ensure the provision of a Care Service that is unique to each client.

**2. **To ensure on-going knowledge of the functions and activities of the Care Packages and their teams.

**3. **To work with the Care Package Teams to ensure that the Care Service is delivered to a high standard in line with the Organisation’s Policies and Procedures and related Codes of Conduct.

**4. **To support and take directives from Registered Manager in relation to the day-to-day management of the Care.

**5. **To conform to all Policies and Procedures laid down by the Organisation in respect of carrying out these Care Duties and in other administrative aspects of the business, as relevant.

**6. **To assist with the identification of staff training needs, and to participate as directed by the Registered Manager in Induction Training and regular In-service Training programmes including Support Hive training for the staff.

**7. **To assist with the management of staff rotas, and to contact Support Workers with alterations of work patterns and changes to service user requirements, as necessary.

**8. **To assist with the maintenance of accurate, concise, and timely records of clients’ care, diary sheets, time sheets and mileage sheets.

**9. **To participate in Staff, Team and Quality Management Review Meetings as directed by the Registered Manager. To chair Staff Meetings as directed by Registered Manager.

**10. **To report back to the Registered Manager on any aspect of client care which she feels warrants investigation or urgent action.

**11. **To participate in reviews of clients’ Care / Support Plans & Risk Assessments as required.

**12. **To attend MDT reviews for nominated clients and write weekly / monthly reports as directed by the Registered Manager.

**13. **To conduct monthly audits on the care packages and report to the Registered Manager.

14. To be part of the on call rota (you will have Senior Manager on call to support you)

To carry out staff supervisions as directed by the Registered Manager. Any issues or concerns to be discussed with the Registered Manager.

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
