**The Role of the Office Dispatcher**:
In this business-critical role, you will be a key point of contact for insurance policy holders. You will liaise between the customer and the field-based technicians, organising diaries and arranging times for them to attend and assess damage, as arrangingany future visits required for the technician. You'll also be required to provide regular updates to the insurance companies and policy holders regarding ongoing works and timescales. This is a Mon-Fri role, working 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm.

In this customer facing role, you will be joining an existing friendly and approachable team. You'll need to be organised, use your initiative, and a problem solver with a 'can-do' attitude. You also need to be able to keep level-headed and calm in stressfulsituations.
- Experience working in an office environment is preferable but not essential
- Customer focussed, friendly and approachable
- Organised and patient
- GCSE passes in Maths & English
- Familiar with computers and Office packages
- Able to access the Rugeley office daily
