**HR Assistant**
Starting Salary from: £15,600 per annum (FTE £24,960)

The Tabor Group are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team We are seeking a highly motivated, focused individual with a positive attitude.
The role is advertised at 25hrs a week, Monday-Friday 9am -2pm, however we are open to discussing different working patterns.
- Duties will include but be not limited to.:_
¨ Administration of HR database and systems
¨ Preparation of a bi-weekly payroll, including review of hours worked and liaising with management
¨ Supporting the Group HR Manager with monthly payroll preparation
¨ Daily/weekly reports for management and The Board
¨ Support with employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training (including management of our on-line training portal)
¨ Support and delivery of HR Projects
¨ First point of contact for staff HR queries
¨ Administration of various company benefits and processes including our workplace pension and childcare vouchers
¨ Manage employee data with strict confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
¨ Administration company communication and documentation
¨ Adhoc requests for support, directed by the Group HR Manager
**Skills and Experience**:
¨ Proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes; Excel and Word
¨ Great attention to detail
¨ 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above, including English or Maths
¨ Previous HR Experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
