**Service Desk Analyst - London - £25-30,000**

Great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into their second role for a busy retail company based in London. This role is office based minimum 4 days per week with some on-call at weekends. Previous Service desk/1st line support experiencein a similar environment is essential. Some knowledge of networking, telephony would also be advantagous. You may also get involved in some 2nd line support work.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing end user 1st and 2nd level support, both in-person and remotely within a fast-paced business. The role covers a wide range of technologies globally across Head Office, Remote Offices, Warehousesand Retail Stores.
**Responsibilities will include**:

- Own Support Tickets (ITIL standards; Incident, Problem & Change) within SLA
- Provide Technical Support and Solutions
- Own, create and update Service Documentation
- Build, deploy and manage Operating Systems and Software Packages
- User Management (Starters/Movers/Leavers)
- Hardware Procurement and Installation
- Office/Desk moves

Experience in the following areas is required:

- Windows OS, Windows Server, macOS, O365 Administration, Azure, Active Directory, Enterprise AV, Teams, Cyber Security, Encryption
- Networking: DHCP, DNS, VPN advantageous
- Mobile Device ManagementAbility to communicate clearly and display strong listening skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced IT Support environment ideally within the Retail sector advantageous
- Resilient, focused and able to meet tight deadlines
- Server/Networking/Security knowledge
- Knowledge of Avaya IP Office Telephone system advantageous
- Retail POS systems advantageous
